I'd like to fore-mostly thank the brilliant Brandon Graczyk for his constant confabulation as my consistent consultant, Master of mastery, vizier, sage, rosemary, thyme, philosopher, and mind preserver, which is like a life preserver, in that it is situationally buoyant, but less round.
Secondly, my therapists, professors and counsellors for inspiring many of the songs in concept and nomenclature, each with our frequently frustrated banter and rants.

I'd also like to thank the DSM IV, but I'm a bit too tired to manage the requisite satire, exquisite pliers, visit quagmires of dog-tired briars on fire.
